This package is designed for those who have had a full real estate license in another state for over a year in good standing and are residing in Arizona now.  If this sounds like your situation, you are able to waive the 90 hours of pre-licensing education and pass a 110 question exam on 18 state-specific categories, rather than 180 questions from 27 categories.  This package includes a hard-copy study binder of these 18 categories with practice quizzes, exams and facts to memorize for each of these subjects.  When you purchase this package, your binder will be shipped out to you priority mail along with dates for livestream review sessions that correlate with the categories you may join while you study.  Your mailing address will be required after you check out, so we will give you a call to get that information and the price includes the priority shipping charge.
