This 6 hour course fulfills the Prelicensing requirement for contract writing that is necessary beyond the 90 hours of prelicensing before applying for the Arizona real estate salesperson license. Call with any questions and to learn more. If you have purchased the 90 hour prelicensing full course from our school, this additional class is included with tuition. Pay here if you are purchasing separately from the prelicensing course.
Provides 6 Total Hours of Continuing Education (3 hours of Contract Law and 3 hours of Real Estate Legal Issues)
